Shipping and handling costs are normally based on the value of the purchase from this web site. We reserve the right to increase the values listed if the package is heavy or large enough to incur additional shipping costs.
We ship using USPS and UPS depending on the characteristics of the package. Whenever possible we ship by First Class mail or we use Flat Rate USPS boxes to minimize shipping costs. Shipping is based upon the value of the item ordered as spelled out.
If your order is an International shipment, then the cost calculated by the shopping cart may not be enough to cover the shipping expense. In that case we will invoice you for the additional amount due using our secure PayPal account and the email address provided by you. As soon as your additional payment arrives in our PayPal account we will complete the shipment.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase when it arrives at your destination, please call us at 419-347-9957 to discuss the problem. We expect you to contact us within 7 days of the arrival of the shipment. If Ault's Rughooking determines the product must be returned for adjustment or replacement, we will supply you with a merchandise return shipping address and shipping directions. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost of returning the item to us for adjustment if you follow our directions.
For your protection, please ask the shipper for Proof of Shipment or get a USPS Tracking number in case the item does not reach our destination in a timely manner. We reserve the right to reimburse you for the return shipment cost by our company check, gift card to our store or replacement postage.
If you want to return your purchase, within seven days of receiving it from us, in as-we-shipped-it-to-you condition because of buyers remorse or any other reason, you need to contact us at 419-347-9957 to discuss our return policy and procedures. We expect returns to arrive at our location in seven (7) days or less after we authorize return.
Costs associated with return of items you purchased from us are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us. Before reimbursing you, after the item has been returned to us, we deduct the original amount we charged as a shipping and handling fee from the reimbursement amount. We reserve the right to provide reimbursement in the form of company check or gift certificate from our store.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original retail price for any item that we approve for return and refund.
